Do you store any credit card information?
All of the credit card information and transaction are stored (if you choose to save card information for future purchase) and process through Stripe payment gateway:

We do not store nor process any of your credit card information and transaction at our side/server.
Why is my order being canceled and refunded before it shipped?
We will cancel and refund your order if the item is out of stock or damage before the order shipped.
Is there a limit on the weight per order?
Yes there is, the max weight per order is 2kg.
That is to match the maximum weight per parcel of some of the Hong Kong post services.
Which Payment Types Do You Accept?
We accept all major payment cards by using Stripe as the payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club, and American Express card.
We also accept Alipay, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS (Austrian), iDeal, Przelewy24 (P24), as payment for all of our items.
Which countries do you deliver to internationally?
We ship to most countries in the world.
Which shipping methods/carriers you use to deliver the item?
We ship the item through Hong Kong Post with tracking number for reference, we also use SF express for places without airmail postage service from Hong Kong.
Can I change my payment details?
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change your payment details.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, we will sent you a confirmation email along with the tracking number for your reference.
