What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) by default. If you prefer to view prices in a different currency, you can change it using the currency selector in the sidebar. The final charge will depend on your payment provider’s exchange rate at checkout.
Do you store any credit card information?
No, we do not store any credit card information on our website. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. This means your financial information is handled externally and never stored on our servers.
Why was my order canceled and refunded before it shipped?
We may cancel and refund your order before shipping for the following reasons:
- The item is out of stock
- The item was damaged prior to dispatch
- There is an issue with shipping, such as airmail service being suspended from Hong Kong to your destination country
These measures help ensure you aren’t left waiting for an item we can’t deliver. If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Is there a limit on the weight per order?
Yes there is, the max weight per order is 2kg.
That is to match the maximum weight per parcel of some of the Hong Kong post services.
Which Payment Types Do You Accept?
We accept all major payment cards by using Stripe as the payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club, and American Express card.
We also accept Alipay, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS (Austrian), iDeal, Przelewy24 (P24), as payment for all of our items.
Which countries do you deliver to internationally?
Our international delivery options depend on whether a shipping method is available for your selected destination. At checkout, you’ll be able to see if shipping is supported based on your address. If no shipping options are shown, it means we’re currently unable to deliver to that location.

We ship all orders using Hongkong Post, which offers reliable local and international delivery services. Depending on your destination and selected shipping option, your parcel may be sent via registered air mail, Speedpost, or other services provided by Hongkong Post.
Can I change my payment details after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make changes to the payment details. This helps maintain a secure and smooth processing experience for all transactions.
